Windrush goats curd, beetroot, tapenade and crushed hazelnuts.
Salmon Trio for 2 - Kiln potted salmon, smoked salmon and smoked salmon mousse with an apple and fennel salad and a caper and sultana dressing.
Eyston Arm’s Antipasti – Mountain ham, salamis and coppa, lemon oil, olives and hot cheesy pot.

Ham hock croquettes, pineapple chutney and chive oil.
Roast Creedy Carver duck breast and duck stuffing, celeriac and potato tartlet, garlic spinach and a black cherry jus.

Pave of Beef for 2 – Bourguignon sauce, gratin dauphinois and green beans with shallots.
Fish and Shellfish grill for 1 or 2 – Fillet of Halibut, King prawns and scallops, lemon hollandaise, samphire, string chips and house salad.
Super healthy Vietnamese chicken Pho - rice noodles, edamame beans, beansprouts, choy sum, coriander, chilli, lime and peanuts.
