Our aim is to serve really good food in a traditional village Pub.
We offer fresh fish specials daily and game in season.
Our beef is properly aged and our fresh vegetables supplies are often supplemented by enthusiastic local growers arriving at the kitchen door with baskets of local produce.

Headed up by Carles Sanchis Montiel our team love to cook with fresh, local ingredients, where possible from local suppliers.
Originally from Valencia, Carles grew up cooking alongside his family, where food was all about flavour, tradition, and gathering around the table.
This is the same spirit he brings to the kitchen at the Eyston Arms, blending his Mediterranean roots with a real appreciation for local produce. He has a real talent for turning simple, seasonal ingredients into something special, honest and full of flavour.
