Our Food

Wherever possible we source and use local ingredients with all dishes being prepared on a daily basis. Our steaks are always aged and our vegetables often come from our own vegetable plots.

Sea Food obviously comes from slightly further away but our close contacts at Brixham allows us to source and provide fish that was often only caught the previous evening and delivered straight to us from our own suppliers.

Our Chef

If Daisy Barton is the face of the Eyston Arms then Maria Jaremchuk in the kitchen is the very attractive engine!! This largely self taught Chef, is very well respected within the industry and customers at the Arms know and love the constantly changing menu, which features local produce and game. But it is with Fish that perhaps Maria is best known. Her contacts with small inshore fisherman, some of whom she has been down to meet personally, ensure that there are always first class Fish Specials available. Our Sunday Roasts are always popular and are prepared using fresh local ingredients.
